Production time

Most maps are made to order in 7–10 business days. Personalized orders or orders requiring a digital proof may take longer. If a proof is requested, production begins after the proof is approved. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

United States shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is free. The shipping options shown at checkout are carrier transit estimates after the order has been produced. Tracking information is emailed when the order ships.

Expedited shipping

Selecting an expedited shipping method shortens carrier transit time only. It does not shorten the production or personalization timeline unless we have agreed to a rush order in advance.

International shipping

Available international destinations and calculated shipping rates are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, address errors, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us through the website contact form as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package arrives damaged, contact us through the website contact form. Keep the item and all packaging and include your order number and clear photographs when reporting damage.
