Most items sold by Burnt Mtn. Studios are made to order and may include custom engraving or other personalization. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Problems with an order

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us through the website contact form as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Cancellations and changes

Requests to cancel or change an order are not guaranteed once production has begun. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. Approved changes may affect the production timeline.

Personalized and custom products

Please check all personalization details carefully before ordering. If you request a digital proof, production begins after the proof is approved. Burnt Mtn. Studios is not responsible for spelling, dates, or wording submitted or approved by the customer.

Natural wood variation

Wood grain, knots, tone, and stain absorption naturally vary from piece to piece. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

Shipping damage

Keep the original product and packaging until your claim has been resolved. We may request additional photographs or information needed for a carrier claim.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
